I'm an entrepreneur passionate about building experiences to improve the lives of people and communities. Operating as Hart Properties for over a decade, my team invested in and managed residential real estate in Bloomington-Normal. From single-family homes to large apartment complexes, an unparalleled "resident experience" was our aim.

 

In September 2024, we sunset Hart Properties and launched RISE Residential — taking all of our expertise and expanding into third-party property management. What's behind the name? We think RISE signifies growth, continuous improvement, and upward momentum.
